I lost the most this week and I had two major temptations: a KFC catered lunch and a late Christmas party featuring Olive Garden lasagne, breadsticks, salad and wine with a brownie and ice cream (34 points!)-- thank God I saved my weekly's for that! But I still lost by making good choices and getting back on the horse. Actually, even with those big meals- just keeping my head in it helped me to not fall off the horse and say- screw it- let's eat! I did the opposite and ate 0 point foods after the big indulge. It's a "live-it"!
