WATER, WATER, WATER!!!!! I have to remember to drink all of my water today. That is the hardest part for me. This morning I went to the gym and completed a full hour of aerobic exercise!!! WOW, what a way to start the day. My goal is to do some type of exercise everyday this week. That helped me when I lost 40 lbs a few years ago....wish me luck : )

I have to remember to drink the water too. What I'm going to do tomorrow is put a pitcher of water right on the kitchen table so whenever I pass by it will remind me to drink the water. I know that when I drink water every day-- all week long, it makes a difference in how much I lose. Good Luck on your exercising. I need to do that too every single day.

Wow - that's a lot of cardio - well done!! Keep up the good work - you're doing great so far! Just don't forget to drinking lots of water!! :)
