After eating a breakfast with twice my usual ammount of carbs (that did not taste so good after all ...) I am hungry only 3 hours later!!!
I guess this means that I should avoid carbs in the morning.
It is not a new observation anyway. I have known for the past years that I need protein in the morning in order not to feel hungry again so early in the morning.
So, I will be back on my high protein - high fat breakfast first thing tomorrow morning (I think that I will eat chicken for Saturday breakfast as I have to go to work at 9 am)!!
For now, I will eat some of my 10:30 snack and load on fish protein for noon!
I have a long day ahead, I think I will be at home no earlier than 10:30 p.m.
