I have a habit of napping after I get home from class and work everyday... and I think this is such a waste of time! I need to break out of this bad habit ughhh

How do you sleep at night? I was a napper too until I found out I wasn't sleeping at night very well.

It's funny.. no matter how much I nap I am able to sleep at night... I feel like my body is wearing out or something. How do u stay awake and not nap? It's so hard for me to do. That was my new year's resolution but doesn't seem to work
