Got up this morning. First thing I did was weigh in. Down another pound wow. And imagine I ate after 9 pm. I guess once it is healthy food it is ok. I had a spinach salad with mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes and red peppers. Dressing I made out of honey, dill and some raspberries. It was delicious.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Selina, You look great in your photo. The other photo just didn't do you justice! You are so beautiful! If this is the size that you are now, you don't need to lose another pound! Great job and keep it up. Your diet is really working for you girl!

Nah, I wish! That was in October when I was down to 157 ish. Thanks for the complement. I am trying to really do it this year. You still motivate me. I always look forward to reading your journals as we all fight the battle of the bulge on this site. We can do it.
