Food:
I feel that I need a snack between breakfast and lunch and then again between lunch and dinner. I get very hungry and I feel my energy drop and I start to feel bad. I get the feeling I need to eat. I am more active the past 3 - 4 days after 12:00 in the afternoon and I feel I need to eat more? Not sure - Please advise...

Exercise:
I did a lot of squats today. I felt that I could carry on, but I was scared that I might not be able to do the lunges. My legs always feel powerful (I will count my word tomorrow I am sure :) ). I only managed 20 push-ups today till I could not do anymore. I have to mention that I can only go down halfway when I do it right (plank position). Lunges went well. I pushed the sit-ups and did them good :). I will feel this tomorrow as well. Regarding the skipping, I am tall and I struggle with the rope. I jams to my toes, or ponytail and so on. So I took my imaginary skipping rope and jumped nicely! I felt good after the exercise, a bit shaky but good. I felt that I had energy to do more especially some dancing! I am ready for a good night's sleep.
