I got out this morning early and went to Curves & worked hard!!! It seems when I decide either to stay home & walk on the treadmill or go to Curves and workout, I would rather go to Curves if I have the choice. Hubby was home this morning so I took advantage of the opportunity!!!

Way to stay on track with the exercise! I prefer running outdoors far more than on the treadmill. It is the change of scenery, I think. And no distractions! Good going!
