Day 6. Still going strong. I managed to get my butt up and work out yesterday on the treadmill for 45 minutes, even though I was dying. I've followed my diet very strictly all week. The scale still says 111 lbs., but at least I lost a few lbs earlier in the week. I am so proud of myself. Thanks to all of you guys and your encouragement, I've been able to stay extra focused this week.
However, it is now the weekend and the hubby and kids are home, so it makes me want to eat with them. I need some encouragement to keep me out of the kitchen, where I'd love to stuff my face. I made it through Thursday with flying colors. Now, I need to do the same for the weekend. Help!! Pease help me stay focused. thanks. YOu all are wonderful!!
