out of the house
First time just going to Wal-Mart and the local store. Overdid it of course, but felt good and worth it!! Got to do a lot of walking for having back surgery 2 weeks ago. Proud of my progress. Not good food choices today but back on track tomorrow.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
