kemarin2 makan nasi sebakol skrg cuma 1 centong nasi kalo siang doank it pun... wkwkw malam cuma minum jus\ makan buah.. pagi sayur atau oatmeal doank. plus tiap hari jalan santai\jogging 20 atau 30 menit... wew. kira2 maksakan diri enggak yah????
