12:44pm - Finished lunch at about noon. I was feeling pretty famished by 11:30am. I ate lentils, brown rice, stirfry veggies (from frozen pack), with Smart Balance and some Spike seasoning. I liked the taste of the lentils with the rice and veggies. It added a nice twist and a good amount of protein without any animal fat so it's a good bonus. Right now I feel satisfied but feel like eating something sweet. I bought some white nectarines after running some bank errands. I'm going to have one as my afternoon treat.
