day one of my daughter's "diet" lots of healthy fat like salad with avocado, raw fish etc. dinner was oatmeal w a full table spoon of peanut butter, 2 tb chopped roasted nuts 1 half cup of fresh bluberries. it was delicous and i ate it slowly and savored every bite. its working for her she must have lost at least 10 lbs by now. she is a gorgeous beautiful and quite thin girl so i'm calling this the sarah D diet day one started today, oh and no snacking its three fairly large meals normally im eating snacks constanty and its easy to cheat and not write stuff down. here you only have to account for things 3 x a day. its heavy on nuts and nut butters. but i swear i lost 170 lbs on weight watcher before and i ate nothingn but a peanut butter sandwich for lunch every day for 5 years, loved it too. so here goes again! fingers crossed this works,. oh and i got all my steps in too 8000 steps is my goal that i set for myself. done!
