well, yesterday went well, Although I haven't exercised yet this week. That is really not my style not to exercise when I'm following my diet, but it's been a weird week. defintely Friday and the weekend and starting for sure strictly next week. Well, Today is Thursday, my work/challenge day. I'm scared. I always start out the day good and then end up binging. I can't let that happen anymore. I'm short on time, but please, please when I get home from work, I need some encouragement to help me not do it. I'm counting on someone to come through and make me want to keep plugging away.
