OUCH I was very bad on Easter Sunday!!!

I do know that "cheating" is not good but I can't really consider eating treats a cheat. I only took a bit and I didn't gorge on it like I usually do so ------ That really doesn't constitute cheating.(in my mind anyway).

Once again I am down a pound. I wish it was more but I also realize that if I lose it fairly slow the likelihood of me keeping it off is better so a pound at a time is better than nothing at all. Besides I AM proud of what I have been able to do so far. I satred at 197.7 and now I am at 184.6 that's 13 pounds in 10 weeks not bad not bad. I just need to not give up - my new goal is to be able to be down to 170 by the end of June - that gives me about 12 weeks so here goes. :)
83.7 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Awesome - you did good girl!!! Keep it up - you can do it!! I weigh in on Thursday and we'll see how much I need to lose!! Thanks so much for the awesome meal, the great company and we really had a great time! Thanks!!!!!!!!

I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves! We love having everyone over and we can't wait to have a bbq this summer/spring and maybe have a fire!
