Dairy free yesterday. It was hard work finding alternatives to cheese and cream to get fat into my diet. I ate a lot of nuts and a lot of coconut.
Today I have quite soya milk also. According to what I have been reading on Paleo sites, soya is not a great thing to have in your diet. Much of it is GM. Soya products are heavily processed and soya contains anti-nutrients that block the body's absorption of essential minerals and vitamins.
So we will see how it goes without it.
