Die peanuts! Die! I have no control over bits of food. I know the only way I can handle those dang peanuts is to just buy a couple snack sized bags NOT a whole can! No wonder I didn't lose any weight this last week. Its the nuts and not enough water plain and simple. When I get off this computer I am going right in the kitchen and throwing that can of peanuts in the trash! Go me! I caN DO IT!
