Every thing is going well with me today. Staying within my points and feeling good about myself. Tomorrow is going to be a challange for me however as my husband and I will be taking a business trip which will entail us to be driving for 10 hours before we will be back home. Don't know about you all but I really get the munches when traveling. Wish me luck. I plan to take several one or two point snacks!!!!!!!!!

Way to go for your progress so far and for keeping your eye on the prize. Think of your trip as an opportunity to develop strategies that will get you through with your POINTS intact. When you get back, analyze what worked and what didn't. If all went well then you can be happy that you have learned how to handle a new situation. If all didn't go as planned, you will know your weaknesses and be better able to plan for them in the future. Enjoy the change of scenery. You go girl!

Good luck on that! Traveling is one of those things that sparks the muncies for me, too! Eating something seems to make me think I'm getting a treat or I use it to break the boredom! The WW 2 point bars are a great tool! Something I would suggest, too, is to take some sort of audio tapes/CDs with you to listen to. Like a story (mystery) or self-help type thing. You can rent them from your local library or buy at a book store. That will keep your mind occupied while you're traveling. You can have a nice mug of a yummy flavored tea with you to sip on, or a big jug of water. Maybe have some sugar free gum to keep your mouth going. =) Have a fun trip and watch out for the crazy weather and roads out there!
