ok i found it..i feel better and more in control when following my own regimen ..i did manage to lose 20 lbs on atkins since mid january and im happy with that still have another 30+ i wanna lose, but i feel like i been too restrictive on foods and i get bored + then wanna eat..so time for a change..i will still be logging in food and weighing portions and drinking lotsa water..but gonna concentrate more on calorie intake and excercise now...so wish me luck and hey..still on the weight loss band wagon..so, ttys love dar ^_^

Hey sunshine! I wasn't on much Sunday, and I just saw this. I am sending you the best of luck and strength to take you through your journey. Even though you wont be following Atkins, I am still here for you. You can do anything you put your mind to.
