started my program today. weighed in at 211 after my 4 mile run, ate ove 1 1.5 pounds after i weighted myself. my is 12 to 1300 calories a day and running a 5 k everyday
96.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
