A very good week. 1 KG down. Done a lot of gym work last week. Still limiting the carbs (not all but most). Am injured (right hip) at moment and will have to lay off the thread-mill for a few days. This will probably have a negative effect but we'll see . . . .

Good job on getting to the gym. Sorry to hear that you are injured. Maybe try pilates to mix things up a bit?
