Lunch was hard to calculate as it was a thin, delicious homemade curried squash soup...I had two small bowls. This was at the Special Meeting for the Pioneers today. So I found myself faced with nothing but sandwiches..so I took the meat,cheese and lettuce out and gave the bun to dH. When I came home, I cooked myself a fabulous steak and packed all my lunch for the Convention tomorrow and Sunday. I don't know if I'll input it now or later. Basically I packed two lunch salads each consisting of: 1 serving red leaf; 50 g red pepper; 35 g celery,5.5 black olives, 2.5 oz black angus sirloin strip, sprinkle of onions, 2 tBSP. olive oil, 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar.
today...I hit my net carbs before I hit calories...hmmm let's check out 1/2 an avocado.
