Am not too unhappy with this weighin result considering Ive had visitors for a week and been a little distracted from 5:2. But got back on track this week.. I absolutely love this plan (5:2)!! as life needs to be flexible or losing weight isnt fun.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
