duluuuuu kalo diet itu nahan mau makan ini mau makan itu tapi ga ngerti kebutuhan kalori kita hrusnya tercukupi endingnya sakit maag.


kalo skrg? berkat tmen2 SF ga takut lagi makan 😂 kalo berlebih? tinggal burn baby burn aj.
