when i went home to visit i bought a brand new weight watchers scale at the thift store. it tells everything such as your weight body fat water bone density bmi.A few days ago i weighed 130.9 so close to my goal of being under 130 lbs. What really sucks is that i have been working out every day since sat even going to a bootcamp on sunday. last thurs i went to an intense spin class and was going to it tomorrow but i am so discourage right now becuase i have gained weight despite working really hard. forr lunch i am eating black beans salsa blue corn chips spourts onions. i was thinking that this was healthy and i do feel better. i have been upping my fiber supplement intake. this is so disheartening to find out of the weight increase. i am never going to get this right and i am so unhappy. it seems the more i try the more i gain weight.
