Can anyone recommend a good meal replacement shake that does not have alot of sugar and carbs in. My medication is killing my appetite - I can only stomach between 500- 700 cal a day and I dont want to slow my metabolism down. I am drinking a good daily vitamine and vitathon for energy.

I love the slender wonder chocolate shake, it’s tasty and filling. (Much tastier than all the others I have tried!)

When choosing protein shakes NEVER choose one with soy protein as an ingredient. Always get the one made of Whey Concentrate, Whey Isolate, Casein or a blend of them depending on your needs. I use the SSN Whey Performance personally.

I compared all the meal replacement shakes and decided to go with Manna low GI shake. it's lacto , gluten, soy and gmo free. and way less sugar diabetic friendly. And it's quite cheap R144 for 20 servings.
