Feeling super motivated. was able to go to a work function and farewell last night and not eat any carbs or sugars!!! Eat small starter portions. Both meals were grilled fish and salad. No sauces ect. No been day 4 of no refined carbs or sugars. 3 healthy meals and 3l of water per day. Looking forward to weighing in on Wednesday.

I must say that alot of motivation comes from reading everyones journey on this group, and the comments. No one puts anyone down and even if you pick up there is support. What an awesome group of people.

I don't think I would have come this far if it wasn't for the support of people on this app, anonymous people that I've never met has shown so much support and compassion!
