At 120 pounds today. I promise myself and everyone here on fatsecret that I will be at least 117 by Saturday, March 10. I have no doubt about it. It will be a breeze.
I tried the 1700 calorie a day, but it seems my body loses weight better at a higher intake around 2000 calories a day.
