hiks..selama traveling ke kampung mama selama 4 hri,dri hri senin-kamis kalori nya surplus semua..sulit sekali menahan cemilan yg enak2 luar biasa krn di acara nikahan.alhasil naik lgi 1 kg.bismillah deh..hri ini kembali ke defisit kalori lgi n mkan sehat.
