AHHHH!!! I did it again, Had a dept lunch at a seafood place and had fired seafood.. My body is yelling at me so loud that it wants to hurl.. I am sorry Body!!!

I will reset but first I must punish myself. Extra 30 minutes of cardio tonight in addition to my normal Tuesday night 30 minute Cardio and 1hr weight lifting. Good news is I feel so sick there is no way I will do that again. I didn't finish my plate.. Stupid southern fried crap!!!! :)
