Spring has come to Kansas City. It was warm and windy today and walking in the park was a bit to hot for my taste. I hate getting hot. It was 79. One of my goals was to add another lap to my routine and I succeeded in doing so. But I was huffing and puffing afterward. It is really hard to carry an extra 100+ pounds around with you. I'm not complaining just wondering how it had gotten so bad?

Good job of adding the extra lap! I know what you mean, Matthew and I went walking and we were both red faced. So happy for spring! ♥

oh my gosh I totally agree! My ideal high temp is 75* and today we reached 80* ~ which is unheard of in Northwest PA! That's an August temp around here! lol
