Lost another pound yippie!!

Yesterday I had:
1 slim fast bar
1 persimmon
1 Apple
1 Soup
2 x pitta
1 x slim fast shake
baby sweetcorn
baby carrots
Mange tout
Green beans
all with instant gravy on the top!
Altogether about 1,300 cals
ans I did 10,100 steps

Today is my day off, so I can be really good, just had a slim fast shake for breakfast - wish me luck.
