Down again! (200.2 without my lounger) but eyes very puffy. Blood sugars lower; the app Diabetes:M has almost half my “circle” blue, meaning low sugar for a diabetic, and the rest of the circle )like, 35 minutes on a clock) is green -well-controlled.
My goal is to get that whole circle blue, but even after not eating for 9 or 10 hours my blood sugar is always over 100. - Diabetes, not “normal”.
16# to go to reach my first goal weight; then I need to maintain that weight for about a month, and then the next goal: drop beneath the threshold of “obese” to become just “overweight”. I think that will probably take being very, very stringent for the rest of 2018. If only I could walk regularly and not have knife like pain at the top of my thighs! Some days I can only walks few feet before one leg won’t hold my weight any more (and it’s only 200#).
