Well another day of shopping. needless to say we grabbed a junior bacon cheeseburger from Wendys which would make the later Dr. Atkins faint no doubt. I know I just have to stay in a rut or it never works. Being on a "diet" for the majority of my life I just can't try new things. If I do then I am off on a "eat what you want and all of it you want" week.
Now its the end of the weekend so rut here I come.

They will make it for you sans bun, just for future reference. I get bunless burgers with side salads all the time. It's great on the run. Yes, we do have to make this a lifetime plan. Good luck.
