Another good day for me. This is the quickest weight loss Ive seen..even faster than when I did Stillmans! I wonder if it has anything to do with vomitting up my liver a few weeks ago aka stomach virus?? Well, I feel good... Here's to another day of good eats :)

I finally am losing weight too after I started journaling... this diet really works if one follows it properly... I don't think I really was for many weeks - I think my intake was higher than I realized until I started keeping a daily intake. You're just on the right track now - like me that's why you're losing the weight! Keep up the good work!:)
