Após 20 dias de jejum intermitente, consegui ganhar dois kg de massa magra e perder 5 de gordura.
Daqui pra frente: AEJ 3x/semana e musculação 3x/semana e HIIT 2x/semana.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
