wating a few days to weigh in as i usually do..just bc of the fact that the scales seem to change from day to day and i hate getting discouraged..that tends to make one lose themself..so i try to weigh in about twice a week...anyways feeling bloated today for some reason and i drank lots yesterday but..just getting over TOM and always takes me a bit to feel good in the mornings...with kidney ailment and back issues and what have ya..not to mention suffering migraines the last few days too well with the weather..so if i weighed in today and the scale has creeped the wrong way..i might be depressed and dont wanna go there...hope everyone is having a good week and good weather..ttys peace and love dar*

Hope you feel better - I am weighing in less too. I seem to be less obsessed with food when I'm not weighing in all the time too - strange as that does sound. I imagine you're going to get good weather in the upcoming days as we are here in the Northeast for the next five days plus or so it's supposed to be in the 70s and 80s, so spring is finally here! It is always a lot warmer down there than here so you're bound to be getting some nice weather too. Hope you have a good week ahead and the scale goes down! :)

hi glenn we are suppose to get some beautiful weather by the weekend sunny 80's that is such a welcomed change for sure....it does seem that we tend to be less obsessed with food and all when we dont weigh in daily....i dont like to feel like im obsessing as it for sure gets me worried and depressed and none of us need that..thanks for chiming in..happy u met ur weight loss..^_^ and keep up the maintenance and do well....hugs dar xxx

I stopped weighing every day and it definitely helped me to stop obsessing (at least until the night before weigh-in). Sorry to hear about the back and the migraines. Hope the beautiful weather brings much better health for you. Best wishes.
