Ok I think I've reached my "enough" point. After eating whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted, and not running or exercising, I've landed at 158 lbs. Just 5 weeks ago I was 138. I feel horrible (literally) and all the good I had done for myself in the weeks prior is now burried under a layer of fat. This first entry is in hopes that I can look back on this, knowing that I won't go down this same path again.
