He did much better today. He ate boiled chicken at lunchtime, and then he ate crackers and hamburger when I got home. And the vet said to give him as much of the homemade chicken jerky as he wants if you're having a hard time getting him to eat. He never says 'no' to the chicken jerky, so he had a 'good' day.

i miss having pets. so cute. do you let him lick your face? my dad used to share ice cream with his jack russell Brutus. they'd lick off the same spoon - butter brickle ice cream was his fav!

No, Jess; we don't share the same spoon. If I get down in his face, he'll give me one lick across the nose like, there, enough of that nonsense! Give him a toy with a squeaker though, and he'll have it worn out in hours, if not minutes.
