I simply dont know how I lost almost 1.5 pounds overnight. I have eaten so much more than I ever have, and my calories are up there! Today I treated myself to a flank steak and ate every bite of it..fat and all! Tonight I will likely have a bit of salad and a coffee before bed. So far, so good.. 2 egg omelette 2.4 1/4 cup pepper/onion 1.4 coffee/cream 1.0 1 turkey breast 0.8 1 8 oz steak 1 salad w/cheese 1.2 1 tbsp caesar dsg 1.0 @2 cups broccoli 4.0 2 tbsp of butter Total net carbs: 11.8
