I simply dont know how I lost almost 1.5 pounds overnight. I have eaten so much more than I ever have, and my calories are up there! Today I treated myself to a flank steak and ate every bite of it..fat and all! Tonight I will likely have a bit of salad and a coffee before bed. So far, so good..

2 egg omelette 2.4
1/4 cup pepper/onion 1.4
coffee/cream 1.0
1 turkey breast 0.8
1 8 oz steak
1 salad w/cheese 1.2
1 tbsp caesar dsg 1.0
@2 cups broccoli 4.0
2 tbsp of butter
Total net carbs: 11.8

You're doing great! See, you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. I love that about Atkins. Do we miss bread? Yes. Do we miss pasta? Yes. But is it worth it? By golly YES! Not only does it work but we feel so much better. At least I do. I think that you're doing great by getting more carbs from veggies than other things. That will be my focus for the next two weeks. I think it will help.
