Well, no running last night because I was having really bad tummy cramps (no clue why). Since the hubby was also feeling pretty lame we just stayed in and didn't do anything.

Much, much, much better day today (which means my tendency to want to b!tch slap everyone who made my life heck yesterday has gone away)and I am hoping my stomach stops being a pain so I can go for a jog tonight.

So... yesterday was a cheat day. I went for lunch with a friend and between the pizza and the talking I didn't care if I just inhaled a hundred million calories- I needed my time with a friend and what is the point of good health if you are miserable?

Of course I did not step on the scale this morning (I didn't want to mess up my good mood) but I don't care right now. Today is a new day, I will eat healthy and work out and be merry.

And that pizza was delish.

Things I am happy about today:
- I got a good night's sleep last night
- Hubby and I have a card date tonight
- My friend is closing on her house this morning- sooooo happy for her!
- Coffee
- Stress levels are down, feel like I can breath again :)
