I'm in bad carbo craving . I dreaming about cake with raisin. I ate before an hour but I'm hungry again :(( This is my third day of Induction Phase. I don't feel good all day I feel major lack of power I hope tomorrow will be better. :)

It's called the Atkins flu. Trust me it gets better. You will have more energy then you know what to do with and you'll feel great about yourself when the pounds start pouring off! Stick with it it's so worth it!

Some people say if you drink chicken or beef broth it will help you get over the "flu".

Hang in there! In a few days you will be full all the time and you won't have any cravings for carbs if you are following the plan properly.

You need to eat when you're hungry...never go without food when hungry, even on induction. just be sure to keep your carbs at a safe level. Due to the really high sodium, broth should be limited.
