g tau ne pas misua dtg bawaan nya mkn mulu sm bawaan red day kyk na.dr pg dah mkn berat sampe mlm..bablas dah kalori seminggu d pk 5 hari..surplus byk bgt minggu ini..ne aj baju yg kmrn udah enak s pk rasa sesak lg.😂😂😂 bsk mo wo kl d ksh sm misua pergi ngegym..coz biasa pg2 dah minta d masakin sech..
