Usually the week of my period, I gain a lot, this week, only a half a pound! I was 138.5, but for some reason the .5 didn't record. At least I am still in the 130's! It took forever to get out of those horrid 140's!
63.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
