Down another pound since Monday! My mom is doing this weight loss thing with me and we decided to switch to Wednesday’s for our weigh in’s.
With that being said, I’m going to count this as a 2 pound drop since last week (I’m including Monday’s weigh in and today’s). This puts me at 12 pounds lost in 4 weeks! My monthly goal is 10 Pounds a month or 2.5 pounds a week (I’d seriously LOVE to lose 120 pounds in a year lol). Maybe at some point I might have to adjust but I’m just going to keep working my fat off everyday!
