Br_e_co - just read your updated profile - congrats on all of your success. You have become my "low-carb inspiration." Going to change up the diet for the next couple of weeks and see how it goes. Maybe I will be able to join the "losing 1 lb a week" club soon. Reading my Flat Belly Diet book tonight. Thanks again for all of your helpful info.

Anikeed - thank you. If you look at my diet calendar - I am not a devout "low-carber" :) - that would be the Atkins crew - the unfortunate part about just modifying food is that we can't strike a good balance - going after just one thing or another - my shock is how in the hell did I get to be, imho, 30 pounds overweight? Yikes. I like the Flat Belly Diet - I have the one for men (it just adds more protein) - and like the MUFA's at every meal. Fat is your friend, as long as they are primarily MUFA's. Plus, it makes it all taste better. :) You are in really terrific shape, and sounds like you have very little to shed, pound wise - plus, I admire a marathoner. Never been my cup o tea, I was a sprinter in high school and would dread the conditioning because it meant "cross-country" running. Ugh, where's my car. And if I read your weight tracker correctly, you are losing a pound a week!!! Awesome.
