hehehe d bawa santai mbak..kl mau jalan cpt spa tau lbh byk bkr kalori na.coz pake treatmill 15 menit aja lari2 pelan cm bakar 100 kalori..

Aku dah jln kurleb 5000 langkah lbh ternyata kalori cm ckp buat ngebakar bakwan (bala 2) 1 biji aja.
