It's Monday again! Yesterday was another day of trying to find small things that made me smile! Although they were not things about myself but in my personal enviroment, like the baby squirrels in the nest outside my window! And the rain that fell was symbolic to washing away negative feelings! On the diet front I was very concious what I bought yesterday at the grocery store. I had to fight the nasty junk demond! Plus be creative in my purchases! Both of which I succeeded at! As for my personal challenge well I have lost 1lb and .5" off my hips! Plus I ate as healthy as I could! I hope this all works, actually no! I know this will work out in the long run! I hope everyone has found their smiles, it only takes one to start the good feelings!
