Like I said before...the true testiment to EFS is if I can break 130 AND stay below. My goal was to get to 125 by this point, but the 4th of July week really got me. I basically lost that week. I leave for vacation this Thursday, so I hope to get to 128 by then. Yes, I know I will be weighing myself more than once this week, but I just need a benchmark to know what I weighed before vacation...and also to see if I met my goal of 128 before leaving on vacation. Wish me luck!!
