İt is really tough!
I gave up 3 days, then started feel guilty.
Now here I am again.
I need help and motivation this is the difficult thing for me. I can’t get through successfully.
Is there anyone here who has same feeling like I am ?

February has been rough. I havent worked out. At all. so I feel you. the weekends are the worst. hang in there. keep trying. try different things and see what works for you.

It is very difficult to keep being motivated and to keep going in my healthy eating and to keep doing exercises. Yes, keep trying,as naanyu said. I am sure that a lot of FS users will help you to find motivation. All the best!
