My numbers have been good over the last three days while I was out of town. I showed my family a new way (for me) to cook meats, sous vide. It was very successful. We had rib eye steaks one night and t-bones another. We also had salmon. All three turned out perfectly.
This is the week I incorporate exercise into my daily routine. I'm going to start with walking around the block, weather permitting, or the treadmill if it's not. I have a recumbent bike and a total gym as well. So I think I'll walk, ride and lift, once a week on each to start. Hopefully that will turn into more days and possibly more.
